POSITION: Imaging Supervisor

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: 1.0 FTE (80 hrs/pay period)

WORK SCHEDULE: Days/Evenings

DEPARTMENT: Diagnostic Imaging

Supervises the Imaging RT/CT personnel.  Oversees and assumes responsibility for the efficient operation of the daily workflow, technologist staffing and image quality. Works to achieve and maintain excellence in patient satisfaction, quality, culture and financial performance under the direction of the department Director. Will lead by example promoting professional standards of conduct, proper ethics, positive interactions, morale and teamwork. Promotes a safe work environment for patients and employees.

ARRT or ARDMS or Nuclear Medicine registered or Bone Densitometry certified.
2. Bachelor's degree preferred.
3. Basic Life Support certified or obtain within 4 months.
4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
5. Previous supervisory experience preferred (Lead Tech, Chief Tech, Supervisor). 
6. Demonstrated ability to follow and adhere to Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital policies, vision, mission and values.
7. Maintains reliable and consistent attendance.
